Audi have recently announced that they have launched a new version of the A4 saloon with improved efficiency with savings on CO2 emissions.
This new model produces 136 Bhp from a 2.0 Litre diesel engine, using the new combined efficiency the new A4 offers up to 61.4 Mpg and only produced 120 g/km which places this model in the low 13% diesel benefit-in-kind tax band.
0-60 is reached in under 10 seconds with a top speed of 143 Mph
The greater efficiency is found by using start stop technology, brake energy recuperation, revised aerodynamics and a lower ride hight.
Audi claims this function has been proved to improve fuel consumption by up to 30%.
This model will only be available as a saloon with either standard or SE Trim, although the A4 is the third model to recieve the TDIe engine following the A3 and the A6.
This model is availlable for order now with deliveries starting in October.
Prices start at £23.340
