At first glace the New Volswagen Polo shows a significant difference in its apperance compared to predecessor. There is a mix of design features from the new Golf and Sirocco incorporated into the bodywork and interior.

There are going to be a range of different engine sizes available with the new Polo, with the whole range being said to have a 20% increase in the efficiency and CO2 emissions produced.This could set the polo with the significant role of helping fleets to reduce their costs.
There are four 1.2 and 1.4 petrol engines available that all return 51.4 Mpg combined economy despite them having a range of output from 59 Bhp to 103 Bhp and there will be two versions of a new 1.6-litre TDI combine 74bhp and 88bhp outputs with 67.3mpg economy.
The Polo will be available with seven-speed automatic DSG transmission.
A modified 1.2-litre engine with stop-start will allow the BlueMotion model to boast 85.5mpg with 87g/km emissions when it arrives next summer.
Sales of five-door versions start in October; three-door in December.
