The Risk in Fleet conference in to be held on the 22nd April 2008, at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham.
The event is an opportunity for fleet operators to attend to gain advice on financial and corporate risk. There will be an expert briefing on the new Corporate Manslaughter Act and detailed financial briefing for fleets to help tham plan for the next year.
Some of Britains best-known fleets will also be at the event, providing case studies and experiences of key fleet issues, from managing costs to managing drivers to even dealing with a fatality.
Robert Gifford, executive director of the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS), will be the conference chairman, overseeing a total of 13 speakers, including; legal expert David Faithful and fleet operators from companies including Office Depot, British Gas and Wolseley and Chuck Ives, from Whitbread.
